HIT Protocol — The Most Advanced Boot Camp System

HIT Protocol: The Most Advance Boot Camp System

Who is Ready to Take Their Fitness Training to the Next Level, Gaining That Toned Fit Body Without Spending Hours and Hours Pounding the Pavement, Plagued With Injuries?

Memphis Adventure Boot Camp is the absolute best fitness offering in Memphis. We have been voted "Best Health Club" by the Commercial Appeal and Best of Memphis in Fitness Trainers by the USCA. Those awards are great, but it really is the results we provide for people that makes the difference in what it is offer.

I want to ask a simple question. Why, in Memphis, can no other fitness gym, personal training studio, or boot camp provide people the social proof that we provide? I find it pretty simple. Because they DON'T provide results. They take people through workouts and they never invest in their clients. This is what makes Memphis Adventure Boot Camp unique and this is why HIT Protocol was created.

HIT stands for High Intensity Training and being a part of this elite group will provide you the total package in your training regimen without having to worry about increasing injuries. This means that this is an untraditional offering by today's standards in training because the mantra always seems to be more more more! With the HIT protocol, you are going to be asked to train smarter to maximize results.

Our boot camp can be considered to be a general conditioning program. That means we do a little of everything in our training so that you become proficient in everything and you are able to have consistent fat loss while toning and balancing muscles. However, the limitation of boot camp is simple: we can't provide heavy heavy weights for 40 people in a class. It just isn't possible. So, we use our mastered skills to manipulate the body to create the absolute best stimulus possible for fat loss and performance.

Understanding Muscle Fibers

Believe it or not, fat loss is not just about how much work you put into it. There are other factors at play we must consider. Did you know there are different types of muscle fibers in the body? To speak simply, there are Type I muscle fibers, Type IIa muscle fibers and Type IIb muscle fibers. Type I muscle fibers are considered your endurance fibers while your Type II muscle fibers are your strength fibers. Type I fibers last a long time but CAN NOT handle a lot of weight while Type II fibers are great for lifting HEAVIER things but they can't do so for VERY long.

Boot camp provides an excellent stimulus for Type I muscle fibers. Think about the skips, the shuffles, the laps, the minute push-ups, etc. These are all good examples of Type I muscle training.

If you want to advance in your training to have effortless fat loss, a more tone body, and more firm back side, or just better in everything you do, you HAVE TO TRAIN BOTH TYPE I MUSCLE FIBERS AND TYPE II MUSCLE FIBERS.

This is why I created the HIT protocol. It is for advanced campers who have a base of at least 3 months in boot camp and are ready to take their own training to the next level. Fortunately, I am smart enough to know that this style of training DOES NOT have to increase your chance of injury, rather it will make your stronger and less likely to become injured. In order to be HIT, you have to understand it is High Intensity and you will be pushed to your breaking point on certain exercises. However, this is an extremely limited offering and very few spots are going to be available. Do YOU want to be in elite special unit?

No. Take a look at my wife and tell me if she is bulky. This is the style of training we have implemented with her. Also, talk to Josh Dries.
